Terms of Service
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Polimorf website, dashboard and API (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace, including the actions of members you invite and the API keys you issue.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
- build applications that generate unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, or that violate an AI provider’s usage policies;
- attempt to breach security, disrupt the Services, or circumvent usage limits or metering; or
- reverse engineer or resell the Services except as permitted by law.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the prompts, assistants, knowledge sources and other content you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit Customer Content solely to provide and improve the operation of the Services for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit and process that content.
4. Provider keys & AI output
The Services let you connect your own AI model provider keys. You are responsible for your provider accounts, their fees and their terms. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. We make no guarantee that output is correct, non-infringing or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan and usage tier you select. Usage is metered as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design and documentation, are owned by Polimorf and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights.
7. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Services. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections intended to survive will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polimorf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Polimorf harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by us.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polimorf is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
